Poem

Due to my interest in writing poem, I would like to share something about it. You know what is the most important in writing poem? Interest. If you have no interest in it, you will never find your way to write it. Besides that, to make your poem so meaningful, you must have the feeling. If you are in love, you will find yourself tend to write about love. If you feel sad, you will tend to write about sadness. Overall, a poet tend to write about his/her feeling. Some people said that writing poem is very difficult. Yes, it can be difficult if you have no idea. Idea can come anytime. Sometimes you can't even write a simple sentence within an hour!That's why basically poet didn't work in a fix time. They can work anytime they want because the idea can come anytime. What is the best thing about poetry? Every people might have different opinion but to me what makes me like it is the beautiful words used in poetry. Some people may said that poetry is boring and unrealistic. But how about the songs? Song also poetry. It is just added with music. Poetry is a kind of entertainment. Human need entertainment. So poetry also a part of human's life.

confident and positive thinking..

I don't know what brings me to be a positive thinker tonight although I seldom being like that. Looking at my picture that never shows i am pretty,supposed to bring a bad feeling. But what's the matter if i am ugly? Do I need to cover up my face with plastic surgery? Or do I have to go through the operation to burn my fat?
 That is just an introduction. Feeling down is a big matter and a barrier to feel confident. It also a matter to get your love. If someone cannot accept you just because you're ugly, means that person is not for you. Simple! You don;t have to do something to get love from a person like that. That is an obvious prediction about the future actually. You know how? If that person get marry with a beautiful woman, then the woman get into an accident. Her face change from beautiful to ugly. For sure her husband will find another woman. Why? He just want to be with beautiful woman.
Actually it is not easy for a person with so many weakness to be positive thinking and being confident. But, GOD knows why something is created. Feel sad and down will not change anything. It will not fix your face or your body, it will not make a person who doesn't love you turn to love you, it also doesn't change any negative perspective towards you. Let it be. Sometimes being a person without feeling in certain condition might help you to be strong. Otherwise, the world is just a temporary place. So, for any people who feel that she/ he is ugly and having so many weakness, let's get up!Tears will not find your way to solve the problem. If anyone insult you, just simply say 'if i am ugly, so what??'.

Cinta vs keluarga.

Semalam saya menonton satu cerekarama. Kalau tidak silap tajuknya 'air mata Nur Salina'. Kalau tidak silap la sebab saya tidak begitu ingat tajuknya. Cerita ini benar- benar membuat saya berfikir tentang panahan cinta yang ditentang oleh keluarga dan natijahnya di kemudian hari.  

Cinta yang ditentang keluarga menyebabkan mereka kahwin lari. Dek kerana masalah ekonomi, si suami menjadi kaki judi sehingga mengabaikan anak isteri. Pada masa yang sama berhutang pulak dengan Along sehingga terpaksa lari ke kawasan setinggan. Kemudian si suami terlibat pulak dengan pengedaran dadah dan yang amat menyedihkan yang pada saya sangat tidak boleh diterima ialah apabila si suami sanggup untuk memperjudikan maruah isterinya kerana judi. Dia sanggup untuk bertaruh dengan kawannya jika dia kalah, kawannya itu boleh meniduri isterinya semalam. Inikah namanya cinta? Kerana cinta inilah si perempuan membuang keluarga. Kerana cinta inilah si perempuan mengecewakan kedua ibu bapanya.

Cinta itu memang indah, tapi sesuatu yang kita tidak boleh sangkal ialah cinta juga boleh pudar. Sebab itulah jika seseorang itu sudah berkeluarga, cinta bukanlah satu- satunya perkara yang dipegang. Selepas berkahwin, si suami boleh sahaja jatuh hati dengan perempuan lain. Bukankah cinta datang tanpa diundang? Jika berlaku hal sebegini, maka sudah tentu cinta kepada pasangan sudah pudar. Akan tetapi satu perkara yang perlu difikirkan tak lain tak bukan ialah tangggungkjawab terutamanya kepada anak- anak. Itu sebabnya satu kriteria yang perlu dititikberatkan dalam memilih suami ialah bertanggungjawab. Selain itu, saya percaya bahawa faktor agama sangat penting kerana dengan adanya pegangan agama yang kukuh, maka perkara buruk seperti berjudi dan sebagainya tidak akan dilakukan.

Ya, sememangnya kita tidak boleh meramal masa depan. Akan tetapi restu daripada orang tua itu amat penting. Jangan kerana cinta kita sanggup buang keluarga. Ingat!Seburuk- buruk keluarga, merekalah tempat kita mengadu jika susah. Jika hari ini kita memilih cinta sehingga menitiskan air mata orang tua kita, suatu masa nanti kita juga akan menitiskan air mata kerana cinta yang diagungkan itu.

Saya terpanggil untuk bercerita tentang ini bukan kerana obses dengan drama tersebut tetapi apa yang berlaku di sekeliling saya membuat saya takut jika cerita itu berakhir seperti dalam drama tersebut. Nauzubillah min zalik. Semoga kita dijauhkan daripada perkara- perkara buruk itu. Amin..

The August will be silent.

Once a life cannot be described in verbal, it still can be described in words. If silence is the best choice, why should we speak in suffer? The August will silent in the peak of hatred. Whenever the world seems to be cruel, only God we have to speak. Nothing much than that.

A slice of thought...

Tonight I have made some changes with this blog. I think I will be active in blogging from now on. Perhaps but no swear. I come tonight with one message for all the survivors (anyone who still alive). In life, what we want to choose as the best choice perhaps is not. God knows why and God have the right to change anything. If we have some options. For example, one big cake and one small cake. For own benefit, surely we will take the big one. However, we never know which one is actually better. Perhaps the big one has bad taste and the other one is not. God can change everything. In daily case, we always want to take the best thing if we can choose it first and let the other person get the bad one. One advantage that we never know from getting a bad thing is we able to learn and to think how to find initiative to solve the problem. A bad thing can turn to a super duper great thing. So, whatever you get (task/ fate/problem), it can be easily handled if we can accept it and find the solution.

Science should be taught in English?

In 2002, our previous prime minister; Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad had announced that Science and Mathematics will be taught in primary and secondary school start from year 2003. Many opinions have been raised on whether these two subjects should be taught in English or not. From my point of view as a Science student, these two subjects especially science should be taught in English due to some reasons.

Even though English is the global language, many people in Malaysia still do not master it especially people in the rural area who used their native language as their daily language. It must be so difficult to teach them a subject by using a language that they do not familiar with. If they cannot understand English in the first place, how are they going to understand Science concepts?

Teaching Science in English will give a problem for non- speaking English students to learn Science. Communication problem between students and teachers will exist. Students cannot understand what their teachers are talking about. In experiments for example, the students will have problem to understand the instruction from teachers. Consequently, Science misconception will arise among the students. This will divert the students from the Science concept which need logical thinking. Besides that, students who cannot catch the lesson will lose interest in Science. This will affect the students’ achievement in Science.

Besides the students, another victim of this system is our country’s economy. Why is that so? Our country need to spend a lot of money to implement this new educational system. The government needs a high cost to change all the Science text books from Malay to English. Besides that, Science teachers are needed to attend course to teach Science in English. They are also provided with technological equipments like note book and LCD. All these things are really expensive. The annual budget of our country will be more focus on these things rather than other things like citizen’s welfare and country’s development.

Using English in Science also seems to neglect our national language; Malay Language. It is our duty to uphold Malay Language. If we continue using English, what will happen to Malay Language? Since our country is already free from any colonization, we should rise up our national language as our identity. If another country like Japan can use their own language in their educational system, why we cannot do the same? Of course we cannot deny the status of English language as the global language. But it does not mean it should be the master in our educational system. If we intent to master English due to its importance, we can improve the English language itself, not other subjects. Therefore, it will just improve our competency in English without affecting other subjects.

In conclusion, I strongly believe that Science should not be taught in English based on the reasons that I put forward above. If we want to fix something, we should know very well the exact problem. Using English to teach Science will not settle anything but only draw us to the worse situation when we lose what we have before.
