Why I should do other people's task? Just to make sure all things are going well and according to the plan? Just to ensure all works are done? What do I get if I do it all? Haha...no one will appreciate it for sure. That is from my experience. People will think that I have no confident on other people's works. That's all. So, just relax. As long as I know my task and as long as I have the point to answer people if I will be blamed, nothing is wrong with my action. This is not just for myself but for all. So, if people didn't give cooperation all will get the same.
Don't do the same mistakes again. Just relax as others relax. :)
